01 | The Beginning: Building Trust Across Time Zones
This story began in the winter of 2025.
When the first set of S15 Livestock GPS Collars traveled thousands of miles from Shenzhen, China, and arrived in Thessaloniki, Greece, none of us expected the journey ahead would be filled with both challenges and breakthroughs.
Immediately after receiving the devices, our Greek partners Philip, Nicos and Bill reached out to us. They operate a company specializing in GPS tracking devices for free-ranged livestock and had purchased two units for field testing in real farm environments.
To support their testing, our team overcame a 6-hour time difference and held two in-depth online meetings.
Our technical engineers joined the entire process, answering every question with patience—from collar installation, positioning modes, battery performance, to App operations—demonstrating each detail step by step.
We also responded immediately when they requested local language support in the App:
After each meeting, we prepared detailed meeting summaries to confirm every point and eliminate misunderstanding.
Trust is built step by step, with actions rather than promises.
02 | Field Testing: Into the Mountains
“Real mountains will tell the truth." said Philip.
On November 24th, at 20:00 Beijing time (14:00 Greek time), the S15 collar was handed to rancher Chris, who placed it on one of his cattle before heading into the mountainous grazing area of Northern Greece.

03 | The Challenge: Testing Stability in Weak-Signal Areas
When deployed, the battery level was 81%, with 1-minute tracking intervals.![]()
On November 26th, the device went offline due to extremely poor network coverage in the mountains.![]()
Philip messaged repeatedly:
“It’s offline. Is it broken? Do we need Chris to search for it in the mountains?"
We analyzed the data and confirmed that the cattle had entered a zero-signal zone, which is a normal limitation of network coverage. All data was securely stored in local memory and would automatically upload once signal returned.
On the next afternoon, the device reconnected and successfully uploaded all stored tracking data.![]()
At that moment, we all breathed a sigh of relief.
04 | Results: Real Voices Speak Louder Than Advertising
Chris has expressed his willingness to publicly reveal his name in support of us.“The collar is extremely solid, far better than the Spanish brand and another Chinese model we previously used. We are very satisfied."
Philip commented:
“Its performance under such poor signal conditions is impressive. Clearly better than competitive products."
This voice from a frontline ranch, a simple farmer's genuine user experience, is more valuable than any advertisement.
This is the most direct affirmation of our 11 years of technological accumulation.
05 | Service: The Real Differentiator
During testing, we provided full-process support:
After receiving a request to add Greek to the app, our technical team responded promptly within a week, facilitating the localization of both the software and hardware.

Because we believe, trust built across 8,000 km means more than price could ever express.
In the next stage, Philiip plans to send the trackers to different ranch environments for continued testing and share their story of working with us on Facebook.
The S15—this tracker designed for cattle and sheep—is bringing digital power to Greek ranches.
06 | The Future: Let Every Animal Be Seen
We hope future ranching means:
No more lost livestock
No more blind spots
No more guesswork
Technology should not be distant
but should protect real livelihoods
GUPTOMES—Designed for Livestock, built for Real Ranchers
Thank you to everyone who is willing to entrust the lives of livestock to technology. The future is still ahead; let's walk it together.
